1. Cancellation Timeframes & Refund Eligibility
Refunds are calculated based on total tour cost paid to Peak Legacy Tours, excluding non-refundable third-party fees and card surcharges.
Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Tour Start: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the tour start date, you will receive a 90% refund of the total tour cost paid to Peak Legacy Tours. (10% is retained as an administrative fee).
Cancellation 07 to 30 Days Before Tour Start: If you cancel your booking between 7 and 30 days (inclusive) prior to the tour start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost paid to Peak Legacy Tours.
Cancellation 07 Days or Less Before Tour Start: No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour start date.
* Refunds are calculated based on payments received by Peak Legacy Tours and exclude any non-refundable third-party supplier fees or card surcharges.

2. Key Conditions
Non-Refundable Components:
Card payment surcharges (3.5%)
Fees imposed by third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.)
Administrative costs for processing refunds
Refund Timeline: Processed within 14 business days via original payment method.
Partial Cancellations: No refunds for unused tour segments (e.g., early departure).
3. Mandatory Travel Insurance
We require comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation/interruption
Medical emergencies
Loss of baggage/personal items
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
Provide proof of insurance upon request.
4. Force Majeure & Unavoidable Events
No refunds for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Government travel bans
War/terrorism
Pandemics/health emergencies
Your travel insurance should cover these scenarios.
5. How to Cancel
Notify us in writing (email to peaklegacytours2025@gmail.com):
Include booking ID and traveler details
Specify cancellation date
Await confirmation of refund calculations
6. Date Changes vs. Cancellations
Date Changes: Permitted >30 days before departure (subject to availability and third-party fees).
Changes within 30 days: Treated as cancellation + rebooking.
Important Notes
Third-Party Suppliers: Their cancellation policies apply independently and may reduce refund amounts.
Group Tours: Special conditions apply for group bookings (min. 8 people) – inquire before booking.
Refund Disputes: Governed by laws of Jurisdiction, subject to courts in City/Region.
