At Peak Legacy Tours, we believe exceptional journeys begin with clear expectations. These terms outline our mutual responsibilities and form the foundation of your travel experience with us. Please review carefully before booking.
1. Booking and Payments
*Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking with Peak Legacy Tours.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% of the total tour cost must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the scheduled tour commencement date. Failure to meet this deadline may result in tour cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Card Payment Surcharge: Payments made by credit or debit card will incur an additional 3.5% processing fee applied to the transaction amount.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Tour Start: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the tour start date, you will receive a 90% refund of the total tour cost paid to Peak Legacy Tours. (10% is retained as an administrative fee).
Cancellation 07 to 30 Days Before Tour Start: If you cancel your booking between 7 and 30 days (inclusive) prior to the tour start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost paid to Peak Legacy Tours.
Cancellation 07 Days or Less Before Tour Start: No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour start date.
* Refunds are calculated based on payments received by Peak Legacy Tours and exclude any non-refundable third-party supplier fees or card surcharges.
3. Tour Date Changes
Flexibility: Peak Legacy Tours strives to offer flexibility. Subject to availability, changes to your tour start date may be permitted without incurring a change fee from Peak Legacy Tours.
Third-Party Costs: You acknowledge and agree that any change may result in additional charges imposed by third-party suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, activity providers, transportation companies) which will be your responsibility. These charges can vary significantly and may be non-refundable. Peak Legacy Tours will communicate these costs before confirming any date change.
Availability: Date changes are subject to availability of services and accommodation for the newly requested dates.
4. Additional Terms and Conditions
Third-Party Suppliers: Your tour involves services provided by independent third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines, guides, transport operators). Peak Legacy Tours acts as an intermediary. The terms and conditions of these suppliers, including their cancellation, change, and refund policies, apply directly to your contract with them and are incorporated by reference. Peak Legacy Tours is not liable for any acts, omissions, breaches, or defaults of these third-party suppliers.
Pricing & Inclusions: The tour price, itinerary, and inclusions are as specified at the time of booking confirmation. Peak Legacy Tours reserves the right to adjust prices due to significant currency fluctuations, tax changes, or supplier cost increases imposed after booking, provided such changes occur before the final balance due date. You will be notified of any significant increases.
5. General Terms
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers booking with Peak Legacy Tours. Your insurance must cover cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses (including evacuation and repatriation), personal liability, loss of baggage, and personal effects. You are responsible for ensuring your insurance coverage is adequate for your specific tour and personal circumstances. Proof of insurance may be requested.
Health, Safety & Documentation:
* You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all health requirements (including vaccinations, health certificates, COVID-19 protocols) for all destinations included in your tour.
* You must possess a valid passport with at least six months validity remaining beyond the conclusion of your tour.
* You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, permits, and travel documents required for your itinerary. Peak Legacy Tours may provide general information but cannot guarantee entry requirements.
Conduct: You agree to comply with all laws, regulations, and customs of the countries visited. Peak Legacy Tours reserves the right to terminate your tour participation without refund if your behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or illegal, causing distress, damage, danger, or annoyance to others, property, or the environment. You will be responsible for all costs incurred as a result.
6. Liability
Force Majeure: Peak Legacy Tours shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”). This includes, but is not limited to: acts of God, war or threat of war, terrorism or threat of terrorism, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type, closure or congestion of airports or ports, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions or advisories (including travel bans), or any other similar events.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Peak Legacy Tours to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your tour, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total cost of your tour package paid to Peak Legacy Tours. Peak Legacy Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or enjoyment.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Acceptance
By booking a tour with Peak Legacy Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Peak Legacy Tours regarding the tour.
Amendments
Peak Legacy Tours reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Terms and Conditions applicable to your booking are those in effect on the date your booking is confirmed by Peak Legacy Tours. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions on our website periodically.
